Berlin Youth Hockey Board of Directors meet year-round on a monthly basis, usually the 1st or 2nd Wednesday of each month at 6pm. (Tuesdays in the off-season).

Berlin Youth Hockey parents are encouraged to attend. During the public session, you will have the chance to voice any concerns or ask questions. The meeting date and time will be posted each month and the agenda will be shared as soon as it becomes available.

The Annual Board Meeting is held every year in June. At this meeting 5 board of directors' positions will be voted in for a 3-year term. If interested in joining, please submit the application prior to the annual meeting
